JOB TITLE: Customer Relationship Manager

- Plan, organize and coordinate all marketing and customer service activities to ensure that the departmental target is achieved.
- Develop Customer Service Strategy that meets the current trend in the logistic industry
- Increase customer conversion rates by minimizing negative customer experiences through scheduled journey management
- Design services and products to attract more customers.
- Prepare a Report of all information relating to customers, routes received and submit an implementation plan for approval.
- Select the most appropriate channel(s) for the promotion of the company’s services and ensuring the widest possible coverage at competitive prices.
- Ensure and maintain proper interaction and communication with branches to develop and maintain a coordinated marketing drive.
- Ensure the customers’ needs are met daily through proactive execution of the journey plan
- Proactively prevent customers dissatisfaction through prompt management of feedback
- Manage department to ensure the corporate goals are achieved
- B.Sc / HND from a recognized Tertiary Institution
- A self-motivated professional with at least 7 years post-qualification experience in marketing and customer service practice preferably in the FMCG markets, banking and transportation sector.
- Should not be more than 40 years of age.
- Very versatile in IT applications.
